These Terms of Service govern your use of duskel.com, operated by DUSKEL (SMC-Private) Limited ("Duskel", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Contact: hello@duskel.com.
Use the site lawfully only. Do not break the law or infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access or disruption, scrape or reuse content without permission, or misuse forms with spam or false information.
Information on the site (services, capabilities, any indicative pricing) is general information and not a binding offer. Any project is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Duskel, which prevails.
The site and its content — text, design, logos, the Duskel name and marks, and code — are owned by Duskel or its licensors. Do not copy or create derivative works without written permission. Ownership of client-engagement work is governed by that engagement’s contract.
When you send us information, you confirm it is accurate and that you may share it, and you grant us permission to use it to respond to and provide the services you request.
Client engagements are carried out under a separate NDA / agreement. These Terms do not create confidentiality obligations for general site use.
The site links to third-party sites and to our own products on separate domains, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duskel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Duskel harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
