Before you ask

Questions,
answered.

What does a care plan actually cover?

The work that keeps a live site safe and fast after launch: core, plugin and dependency updates tested before they reach production, daily off-site backups with a restore we have actually rehearsed, uptime and certificate monitoring, security hardening, server and hosting upkeep, and a monthly allowance of development hours for the small changes clients always ask for. Each month ends with a short written report of what changed and why.

Can you work behind our agency's brand?

Yes, and that is how most agencies use it. We work in your tools, under your name, and our name stays out of client-facing messages, code comments and reports. Your client relationship, pricing and margin stay yours; we are the team that makes sure the maintenance you sell is actually delivered.

Which platforms do you maintain?

WordPress and WooCommerce, Laravel applications, Next.js and React front ends, and the Linux servers, VPS instances and managed hosts they run on. If a site runs on something we do not know well, we say so before taking it on rather than learning on your client's production site.

How are updates made safely?

On a staging copy first, never straight to production. Updates are applied, the key pages and flows are checked, and only then promoted. Anything that fails is held back with a note rather than forced through, and a fresh backup is taken immediately before every production change so any update can be reversed.

What happens when a site goes down?

Monitoring alerts us first, usually before your client notices. We restore service, find the cause, and send a plain-language incident note you can forward. Outages caused by the hosting provider are escalated to the host with the evidence already gathered.

How is it priced?

A flat monthly fee per agency based on how many sites and how many development hours you need, rather than an hourly meter. The first month on one of your sites is free, so you can judge the work before committing to anything.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to one site: an admin account in your client's name or yours, hosting or server access, and the repository if there is one. We take a full baseline backup before touching anything and document every change from the first day.

Which time zones do you cover?

Our working window overlaps the US and European afternoon, which is when most change requests and incident reports arrive. Routine maintenance runs outside your clients' peak hours so updates never land in the middle of their busiest traffic.
