Web scraping & data pipelines — clean data, on schedule

We build custom scrapers and data pipelines with Playwright and Scrapy — through anti-bot defences, on a schedule, delivered as JSON, CSV, Postgres or an API. Structured records you can use, not a pile of raw HTML.

A scraper that runs once is a script. A scraper that runs for a year is a product.

The hard part is not grabbing the page — it is surviving anti-bot defences, layout changes and rate limits every day without breaking, and delivering data clean enough to actually use. We build scrapers as monitored pipelines, so the data keeps arriving after the demo.

What we build

The parts that decide whether it works.

Playwright & Scrapy scrapers

Playwright for JavaScript-heavy, protected sites; Scrapy for high-volume structured crawls — the right tool for the target, not one hammer for every nail.

Anti-bot handling

Rotating proxies, realistic headers and human-paced timing to get through protection cleanly — and an honest read on which targets are worth scraping at all.

Scheduling & monitoring

Scrapers that run hourly or daily with change detection, plus alerts when a site changes its layout and breaks the parse — before you find out from stale data.

Clean delivery

Validated, deduplicated records delivered as JSON, CSV, straight into Postgres, or behind an API — ready to use, including chunked and embedded for AI and RAG.

How we work

Scoped, shipped weekly, handed over clean.

01

Scope the sources

We look at the targets, the fields you need and the volume, flag anything risky, and give a fixed estimate before any code.

02

Build & validate

We build the scraper and pipeline in a live environment, validating the data against what you actually need each week.

03

Schedule & monitor

Scheduled runs, change detection, alerting and clean delivery into your systems — with readable code your team can own.

Where it fits

What teams hire us to build.

  • Price and competitor monitoring at scale
  • Lead and contact data collection
  • Aggregating listings from many sources
  • Feeding a RAG or AI system with fresh web data
  • Market research and dataset building
  • Filling gaps where a tool has no API
Questions

What clients ask before we start.

Is web scraping legal?

Scraping publicly available data is broadly legal, but the details matter — terms of service, personal data and rate limits all shape what is sensible. We stick to public data, respect robots and rate limits, and will tell you plainly when a target is not worth the risk.

What about sites with heavy anti-bot protection?

We use Playwright for JavaScript-heavy and protected sites and Scrapy for high-volume structured crawls, with rotating proxies, realistic headers and human-paced request timing. Not every site can be scraped cleanly at scale, and we will tell you upfront which bucket yours is in.

How do I get the data — and how clean is it?

However you want it: JSON, CSV, straight into a Postgres table, or behind an API endpoint you call. We validate and deduplicate before delivery, so you get structured records you can use, not a pile of raw HTML to untangle yourself.

Can it run on a schedule and keep data fresh?

Yes. We build scrapers as scheduled pipelines — hourly, daily, whatever the data demands — with change detection so you only process what actually moved, and monitoring that flags when a site changes its layout and breaks the parse.

Can the scraped data feed an AI or RAG system?

That is a common ask. We deliver clean, chunked, embedded data ready to drop into a vector store or RAG pipeline — the same retrieval work we do on the AI side, so the scrape and the assistant are built to fit together.
