One studio. Every detail.
Duskel is a founder-led, senior-only remote studio. No layers, no handoffs, no juniors on your budget — the people who scope your project are the ones who design it, build it, and answer when you write back.
Umar Bhutta
Duskel started the way most good things do — with work that needed doing and nobody else to do it right.
After years of building software for other people's companies, the pattern became obvious: the best work happened when a small, senior team could hold the whole thing in its head — the design intent, the data model, the edge cases, the launch. So that's the studio we built. Focused on purpose. Client projects fund the craft; in-house products like Archiver and Upwora keep it sharp.
Most “AI developers” can call an API. Fewer can ship the system around it — the retrieval layer that doesn't hallucinate, the agent that recovers when a tool call fails, the infrastructure that survives real traffic. That gap is where the work lives. Recent builds run the range: a fuel-station management platform for Guman Petroleum, a scalp-treatment clinic dashboard, an AI call-assistant that handles real conversations. Different domains, one standard.
There are no account managers here, no status decks, no junior developer learning on your budget. When you hire Duskel, you get senior people who actually build the thing — and treat it like it's theirs. The work shows it.
What we hold to.
Ship, don't stall
Real progress in a real environment every week. Momentum beats perfect plans.
Own the outcome
Clear accountability on every project — we own it end to end, so there is no diffusion of blame when it matters.
Less, but better
Fewer clients, deeper focus. We'd rather do five things well than fifty adequately.
Build to hand over
Documented, readable code you or the next team can actually maintain. No lock-in.
A remote studio, building for the world.
We work to your timezone, not the other way round. Calls when it suits you, progress that often lands by your morning, and always enough overlap to talk it through.
The toolkit.
